Booking Policy: A consultation form must be signed for all guest in order to be service. Consultation forms are electronic and available on this site.

 If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must provide consent in order for you to be serviced. 

*** For all waxing services all guest must be at least 16 years old with parental consent.***

If you are booking for someone other than yourself, please fill out the proper information for the guest being serviced and the person paying for the services as the card on file will be charged for services rendered or cancellation.

Appointment Policy: No extra guest are permitted during your appointment, unless they are the parent or guardian of a minor, an elderly person, or a guest with special need requirements.

***Please silence all phones and electronic devices during your service.

***Please remove all jewelry from the neck up (necklaces and earrings but depending on the service facial piercings may be have to be removed.)

*** Licensed professional reserves the right to recommend a different treatment service due to contraindications at the beginning of service. 

***Licensed professional has the right to end treatment service if the guest has any contraindications beyond the Estheticians scope of practice (No Charge to guest)

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you may be asked to reschedule. Please note that all cancelled appointments will be charged a $35 cancellation fee for late arrival rescheduling.

***If you are running late, you are cutting into your appointment time. Due to other appointments your service may be cut a little short to prevent cutting into another guest appointment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment time (Mon-Fri) 48 hours before your appointment time (Sat-Sun). The card on file will be charged the full service amount if the appointment is not cancelled in within the aforementioned time frame. 

***No Call, No Show Policy: In the event of a No Call/No Show, guest understand that the full-service amount will be charged to the card on file. 

1st NC/NS, your card on file will be charged for the services booked

2nd NC/NS your card on file will be charged for the services booked and you will no longer have the option to book services.
