Phenomenal Phaces Gift Card ^Sale

This gift card may be used towards service or retail products from Phenomenal Phaces (P²).

BY PURCHASING, USING OR ACCEPTING A PHENOMENAL PHACES GIFT CARD/ EGIFT CARD, THROUGH P² ("THE ISSUER"), YOU ("YOU" OR "CONSUMER") CONFIRM THAT YOU UNDERSTAND, AGREE TO, AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

P² Gift Cards/ eGift Cards may only be redeemed at Phenomenal Phaces Facilities participating in P² Gift Card Program (the "Participating Facilities"). 

P² Gift Cards/ eGift Cards that have been purchased, as well as the underlying funds, have no expiration date and are not subject to any dormancy, inactivity, service, or other fees.

P² Gift Cards that have been given away as promotional cards have an expiration date that shall be listed or announced at the time of the giveaway.

P² Gift Card/ eGift Cards are non-refundable.

You must state your desire to use a P² Gift Card/ eGift Card when making a reservation/ appointment at Phenomenal Phaces Facility.

P² is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged P² Gift Cards/ eGift Cards, and shall not replace lost, stolen, or damaged P² Gift Cards/ eGift Cards. A P² Gift Card/ eGift Card should be treated the same as cash.

Gift Cards/ eGift Cards – Amount can vary from $10 through $500 and is fixed at time of purchase. Usable up to balance to buy goods and/or services only at Phenomenal Phaces Facilities. If the value of a Gift Card is greater than the amount due from You to a Participating Facility, the Facility shall only deduct the amount for the service/ product purchased at that time. Remaining balance (if any) shall remain on card for future use. Gift Cards are not refillable. Not redeemable for cash in North Carolina, or for cash in any other state unless the state requires cash redemption. Not a credit or debit card. Safeguard the card. It will not be replaced or replenished if lost, stolen or used without authorization. P² is the card issuer and sole obligor to card owner. P² may delegate its issuer obligations to an assignee, without recourse. If delegated, the assignee, and not P², will be sole obligor to card owner. Purchase, use or acceptance of card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Terms may change at any time without notice.

The face value of a P² Gift Card/ eGift Card is in US Dollars.

You must surrender a P² Gift Card/ eGift Card to Participating Facility when You redeem the P² Gift Card/ eGift Card for services and/ or products at Phenomenal Phaces.

P² (including, without limitation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and permitted assigns) shall not be liable to You for any and all claims or actions (whether or not groundless), liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys' fees), arising out of or in connection with (i) any negligent act or omission or willful misconduct of a Phenomenal Phaces, or its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives; (ii) the provision of services, treatments, and/ or products, or failure to provide services, treatments, and/ or products, by Phenomenal Phaces, or an agent or representative of a P² Facility, to You; and (iii) any action brought by or on behalf of You relating to a Participating P² Facility's wrongful refusal to accept a valid P² Gift Card/ eGift Card as payment for services, treatments, and/ or products.

All disputes arising between You and P², shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to choice of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in North Carolina with respect to any matter relating hereto, and hereby waive the defense of forum non convenient to any such action.

P² shall be excused from liability for any failure to perform any obligations stated herein where such failure results from delays caused by acts of God, fires, floods, strikes, work stoppages, controls or regulations of federal, states, or local governments, or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

P² will only ship its Gift Cards to the USA. P² will only email its eGift Cards to the USA.

P² makes no warrantee regarding any goods or services you may receive in connection with the use of the card.

P² assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any type or nature which arises out of the use of the card and/ or the performance of any third party provider.

Card value is in US dollars.

Card cannot be returned for any reason.

P² reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
